HEAVY LINE dungarees by STALCO PERFECT are comfortable clothing designed for the most demanding work. They are designed for workers in heavy industry, as well as in the engineering and construction industries, such as construction, concrete, and reinforcement. Their durability and weather resistance will also prove useful for other field work. The dungarees are made of a polyester-cotton fabric. The fabric is comfortable against the skin and offers excellent durability. The HEAVY LINE dungarees are equipped with zippered leg ventilation openings. Additionally, they feature reflective elements for improved visibility.

CORDURA Reinforcements

The most important and most wear-prone areas of the trousers feature CORDURA fabric with a PU backing. A material with excellent durability and moisture resistance is found at the bottom of the legs, on the knees, and on the outside of the pockets. The dark color contrasts with the base fabric. The material does not touch the skin and does not impair comfort.

Multifunctional and comfortable pockets

The type and layout of pockets in HEAVY LINE dungarees were consulted with specialists. This allowed us to create a range of functional, universal and purpose-specific pockets. The chest pockets are designed for storing a phone and documents, while additional pockets on the legs are for tools, a tape measure, and a knife. Zippered pockets are designed on both sides of the thighs. Most of them feature a bellows construction and are fastened with Velcro.

Reinforced stitching and protection of the most vulnerable areas

All fabric joints in the trousers are triple-stitched, preventing them from tearing in these areas. The trousers are reinforced with gussets in specific areas to prevent seam splits. The crotch features an additional gusset made of 4-way stretch fabric, which improves comfort.

Comfortable cut and fastenings

These HEAVYLINE dungarees are made with durability and comfort in mind. The cut of the dungarees ensures comfort during most tasks. Adjustable suspenders, durable YKK metal zippers, and strong belt loops also contribute to work comfort. The trousers have adjustable leg lengths and are tapered at the bottom, so they don't ride up under the heel of your shoe.
