High-quality FLEX LINE dungarees are clothing for demanding workers. These work trousers are highly versatile and can be used for heavy-duty construction, carpentry, and installation work. The basic fabric used for these trousers is TEFLON-coated RIP-STOP. This mechanically stretchable material, a blend of polyester and cotton, makes it durable and stain-resistant. The fabric is skin-friendly. It has been selected so that even if torn, it does not fray and can be easily sewn up. STALCO PERFECT dungarees also feature contrasting and reflective elements, improving worker visibility.

CORDURA reinforcements

Areas particularly prone to abrasion are protected with CORDURA. This nylon fabric offers very high durability and is resistant to moisture and abrasion. It's found on the back and chest pockets. The lower leg openings are also finished with the same material, as are the embroidered pockets for wetsuits on the knees.

Multifunctional and comfortable pockets

The trousers have numerous pockets, the sizes and locations of which were consulted with specialists. In the center of the chest are two spacious pockets: one bellows pocket with a Velcro closure, and the other with a zipper. Around the waist are six pockets, some of which are zippered or Velcro. Additionally, the dungarees feature several pockets with specific uses. They can hold a tape measure, knife, phone, documents, and a handle tool.

Reinforced stitching and protection of the most vulnerable areas

The dungarees are tear-resistant even under extreme use. The seams are reinforced with bartacks and triple-stitched. Furthermore, an additional layer of fabric, known as a patch, is used in the crotch, significantly extending the life of the garment. The waistband features reinforced belt loops, and all Velcro fasteners are additionally stitched.

Comfortable fit and fastenings

These dungarees provide considerable comfort while working. The trousers have adjustable shoulder straps, so they can be adjusted to the wearer's height. The tapered legs, which can be extended, rest on the shoe and do not roll up under the heel. Furthermore, they feature durable, snag-free metal zippers from the Japanese company YKK. The jersey is held in place by an elastic waistband.
