The MORO X zip-off work trousers are a versatile piece of workwear. They are made of cotton fabric with added polyester for reinforcement and a touch of elastane. This combination of materials makes the garment skin-friendly and, thanks to its elasticity, provides a better fit. The polyester component guarantees durability, resistance to mechanical damage, and easy stain removal.

The trousers have a modern cut and two attractive color options. The universal camouflage design and durability will prove useful for a variety of jobs, from paving, masonry, installation, electromechanical, and metalworking to transport and logistics. The trousers feature reflective elements and contrasting colors, making the employee more visible.

CORDURA fabric reinforcements

After consultation with specialists, the areas of the trousers that are most susceptible to damage were identified. To improve their durability, CORDURA nylon fabric was used. The material does not absorb moisture thanks to a PU coating on the inside and is also abrasion-resistant. It protects the knee pockets, the tops of the bellows pockets, and the bottoms of the legs.

Multifunctional and convenient pockets

The trousers feature several pockets positioned in conveniently accessible locations. Some of them are designed for storing specific items and accessories. These include knee pockets for foam inserts, a phone pocket, a pencil pocket, and a tool belt. Others are versatile, with pockets around the waist fastened with Velcro or zippers.

Reinforced stitching and protection of the most vulnerable areas

All seams are triple-stitched. In the most vulnerable areas, a back patch and bartacks are used to protect the seams and material. The belt loops and Velcro on the pockets are also reinforced. The pockets are not sewn all the way to the legs, preventing them from tearing when crouching.

Comfortable cut and fastenings

The MORO X pants have a modern cut and an interesting color combination. They feature a detachable leg system, allowing them to be worn as shorts. The zippered pockets and fly feature sturdy YKK zippers that work smoothly and stay securely in place. An elastic waistband is sewn inside, allowing the pants to be worn without a belt, while a tucked-in top stays in place. The high waist at the back gives the garment a more ergonomic cut.
