2. Designated Point of Contact for Authorities & Users
In compliance with Articles 11 and 12 of the Digital Services Act, Zakodeal has designated a central point of contact for direct communications with Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services. Furthermore, users may communicate directly with our support team regarding DSA-related inquiries using our primary communication channels.
3. Content Moderation & Illegal Content Reporting
We operate a dedicated notice-and-action mechanism allowing any user or entity to notify us of potentially illegal content or infringing listings on our platform. Upon receipt of a substantiated notice, our compliance team reviews the reporting item against applicable national and EU laws, taking prompt action to restrict visibility or disable access where necessary while ensuring procedural due process.
